Master Personal Trainer
With over 9 years of experience as a Master Personal Trainer, Carmen brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every session. A graduate of The National Hispanic University with a degree in Business Administration, she combines professional discipline with fitness expertise.
Carmen's diverse background includes serving as a CrossFit and TRX Coach and a Personal Trainer/Assistant Manager at major fitness centers like Fit Republic and Bally Total Fitness. She specializes in designing individualized programs that address weight loss, strength training, and medical exercise needs.
